This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version (Condiciones generales de venta) prevails.
1. Who we are
These terms govern purchases of digital products on romillyanne.com, owned by Romilly Anne, tax ID (NIF/NIE) available on request at info.millyanne@gmail.com, address Monforte de Lemos, Lugo, Spain. You can contact us at info.millyanne@gmail.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By placing an order you confirm that you are an adult, that you have read these terms and that you accept them. We recommend saving or printing a copy. The terms that apply are those in force when you place your order. The contract can be concluded in Spanish or English.
3. Products
We sell downloadable digital products (for example printables, activity workbooks, planners and guides in PDF format). Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page shows what’s included, the language, the format (for example A4 or US Letter) and the number of pages. Images are for illustration. To open the files you need a free PDF reader, and a printer if you want to print them.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT. If you buy from another EU country, the applicable VAT is shown before you pay. You can pay by card (through Stripe) or with PayPal. Payment is taken when you order. We’ll email you an invoice.
5. How ordering and delivery work
Add products to your cart, enter your details, accept these terms and confirm payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Delivery is instant: once payment is confirmed, your download links appear on screen and are also emailed to you. Links allow [5] downloads and expire after 30 days; if you lose them, email us and we’ll resend them.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 calendar days to cancel a distance purchase. However, under Article 103(m) of Spain’s consumer law (TRLGDCU), this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
So at checkout we’ll ask you to tick a box agreeing to receive your product immediately and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal. We’ll confirm this consent in your order confirmation email. If you don’t tick the box, we can’t complete the order.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or isn’t what you bought: see our Refund Policy and section 7.
7. Guarantee and faulty files
If a file is damaged, incomplete, won’t download or doesn’t match the product description, email us at info.millyanne@gmail.com and we’ll fix it by sending you a working file or, if that isn’t possible, refunding you. As a consumer you also have the statutory guarantee rights for digital content that does not conform to the contract.
8. Licence to use
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it:
- at home, with your own family; or
- as a teacher, with your own group or class.
You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell, share, give away, upload to the internet or file-sharing sites, forward the files, use them commercially, or modify the product to sell as your own. All intellectual property rights remain with the owner or her licensors. If you’d like to use a product across a school, co-op or group, email us about an extended licence.
9. Membership
[To be completed when the membership launches: price and billing frequency, automatic renewal, how to cancel (any time from your account, keeping access until the end of the paid period), what happens to downloaded materials when you cancel, and the withdrawal right that applies.]
10. Liability
Our products are educational and organizing resources for family use. Activities should be supervised by an adult. They don’t replace an official school curriculum or professional advice. We’re not responsible for misuse of the products or for problems caused by your device, connection or printer.
11. Customer service and complaints
If you have any question, problem or complaint, email us at info.millyanne@gmail.com. We’ll reply as soon as we can, and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available on request at the same address. We are not currently part of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction, and you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
